• Managed in vitro structural model simulations of ribonucleic acid to advance gene therapy. Utilized Python, Jupyter Notebook, PANDAS, Bash, PyMOL, MOE, and GROMACS for the project's research. Simulated over 20,000 tertiary models.
• Directed the application of machine learning, molecular dynamics, quantum mechanical models, and probabilistic modeling for sequence variability based on hybrid Stochastic Context-Free Grammar/Markov Random Field (SCFG/MRF) methods. These methods contributed to a 25% increase to model generation.
